I’ve been with the service for a few months, and I am extremely impressed with what they offer. Having a professional review my labs and provide genuine support has been invaluable. I’m so pleased that I encouraged my husband and best friend to join as well!
The whole experience was smooth, from registering and booking my blood draw to scheduling a virtual consultation. The nurse practitioner I worked with was very helpful, answered my questions clearly, and assisted me in understanding my results. My plan was easy to grasp, and I could fulfill my subscription without any issues.
I scheduled via email because I had questions, and the customer support was very quick and helpful. I managed to get everything organized as needed and set up the call. The provider was kind and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain each test result, which is rare with regular doctors. My questions were answered, and I appreciate this team.
After years of trying to get a doctor to understand my needs, the service did it with just one blood test and a video call! I felt heard and cared for. My only critique is that I was told I would receive a personalized written plan online, but I did not. However, I managed to take notes and figure it out. Overall, still an excellent service!
The customer service is terrible! They take your money but don’t respond to calls or emails. When they do reply, they often leave questions unanswered, making you wait even longer. They don’t deliver on time, treat you like a nuisance, and are difficult to deal with. I would not recommend.
