I received excellent treatment through the Joint Care Clinic. Ram Rachaputi administered a guided steroid injection (after scans and assement) and the pain relief was immediate. He prompted me to seek further treatment and six months later I have had surgery and am recovering nicely. My thanks to Ram for his professional approach: I would be happy to use his services again.
I visited rami at the clinic in Newcastle 2 weeks ago to get some Hyaluronic acid injections into both of my knees as I’m am waiting for a full knee replacement surgery and after getting nowhere with the nhs pain clinic and physio departments I heard of these injections and was willing to try anything as my knee pain was having a detrimental impact on my every day life and mental health and I can honestly say I’m absolutely amazed at the results of the injections I am no longer waiking in the night with pain and my mobility has improved massively rami is very professional at what he does he goes the procedure step by step and I personally never even felt the needle go in I am more than happy In fact ecstatic at the results and would 100% recommend rami and these injections if you have osteoarthritis and need pain relief and I will certainly be using rami again 😁
Ramakrishna managed to squeeze me in at very short notice following a few months of unsuccessful physio on my shoulder. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything thoroughly & clearly so I was aware of what the issue was, what I needed to do to get better & how to manage it in the short term. He quickly sent me a very detailed letter & proposal to refer me to a specialist for surgery. All within 48 hours of me getting in touch with him. After waiting over two months with still no NHS appointment, I booked to see Dr Ram for a consultation and ultrasound for my shoulder. I was seen really quickly and after discussing my problems given an ultrasound. Everything was explained to me during and after the process and the report and images emailed to me before I had even got home! The price was very reasonable too. Would highly recommend.
After suffering with a frozen shoulder for some months I consulted Ram in his Newcastle clinic.He was friendly, professional and throughly explained what the issue was and the treatment required. I was able to be treated on the same day as the consultation, avoiding long waiting times. Although the treatment was uncomfortable, Ram was patient, kind and did not rush the procedure. The shoulder was pain free after 24 hours and mobility has improved greatly and will continue to do so.I would happily recommend Ram, I just wish that I had sort his help sooner.
