My wife and I actually saw Ram (full name Ramakrishna Rachaputi) at Milton Keynes Joint Care Clinic, although we believe that we could alternatively have arranged to see him at one of the other locations. He is a highly professional and extremely knowledgeable practitioner, possessing the skill set and experience necessary for precise assessments and treatments using ultrasound diagnostics for joint and limb problems. He managed to quickly identify underlying problems that had blighted my wife’s walking abilities over the preceding six months, and he was able to put into context why it was that symptoms had continually changed from day to day and which had appeared to be so confusing to us.Ram has a calming demeanour but is considerate and attentive, which helps considerably at putting you at ease when you visit. He undertakes his ultrasound investigations with meticulous detail, with all findings being subsequently documented in a format suitable for presentation to other healthcare professionals. He will happily explain anything that you might be unsure about and he goes out of his way to allay any fears you might have regarding your condition.Judging from all of the interactions we have had with Ram, it is evident that he is not merely undertaking a job of work but is primarily motivated by his genuine desire to help people and to provide the best possible care for his patients. He is truly a rare find and a real gentleman.
I asked for some information following the scan during my appointment to help with my doctor and received almost immediately by return a very comprehensive report with scan pictures. This simply underlines my previous impression of a Ram being a very professional and helpful practioner.
My experience at Joint Care Clinic was excellent. I was very nervous but Ram put me at ease immediately with his lovely greeting, very professional but at the same time making me feel comfortable and relaxed asking me about the issues I had, and explaining the procedure would most certainly help to ease my pain. Ram explained every step of the procedure which continued to put any nerves I had to rest. The information and advice from Ram post procedure was excellent. I have consulted Ram several times now & he has always been totally professional & extremely thorough. In the past few years I've had a frozen shoulder 3 times. MY GP advised it will take roughly 12-18 months to unfreeze. In my personal experience NHS physios will provide a print out of exercises that will make little difference in the freezing or frozen stages. I cannot recommend Joint Care Clinics enough. I was referred through my physio for hydro dilatation treatment. Each time this has stopped the pain of the condition within a day or so and I've had full movement back within a few weeks. Ram uses ultrasound to diagnose the issue, and is able to instantly provide reassurance of no permanent damage. I am so grateful for his treatment and how it has prevented months of pain.
Rang for appointment to have steroid shoulder injection and gel in knee and shoulder, fitted me in at last minute, pleasant and efficient manner. My sister in law trained as an orthopedic surgeon and said his report was excellent.
Ram was extremely professional and very patient and understanding with my elderly father (aged 91). He took time to listen and read about his condition before advising on the best course of treatment. The prescribed treatment was extremely successful and my father is no longer in constant pain and certainly has increased mobility.

Excellent service. Ram gave me an appointment at short notice. Received pain killing steroid injection to my sacroiliac joint. After being in terrible pain for a week or so, my joint pain disappeared immediately and sciatica symptoms gradually eased over the following 2 weeks.I strongly recommend Ram and his team.Many thanks.
