Great customer experience overall

I reached out to support after purchasing my item in December and just setting it up. The representative was very knowledgeable and quick to respond. I sent a short video of my setup, and they quickly identified the issue. It was an easy fix, and I am now enjoying my product. I've recommended it to many friends, and they are loving it too.

Excellent product... 5 Star Customer Service.

We purchased the Joolca HOTTAP Nomad Kit to use for a Glampsite we are developing on our farm property. The unit was surprisingly easy to set up and operate, much simpler than we expected. It's quick to heat up and comes with several hoses and adapters/splitters allowing for a variety of setup situation...ideal for our application. In my opinion, a great product is only half the battle. If you really want to capture my attention you need to back it up with great customer service... something that has seriously gone down the drain for most companies. Not Joolca. We realized we had forgotten to order the Power Adapter for plugging the unit into wall power and our site design would also require a longer output/shower hose. We contacted customer service and got fast, (warm day... actually within an hour), response that was polite, professional, personable and most of all...helpful! We had the parts we needed within a week. We couldn't be happier.

exceptional customer service!

My experience with the joolca customer support was exceptional. They replied almost instantly and my issue, which wasnt even caused by joolca was resolved immediately and the part was shipped right away and reached me very quickly. Im a very happy camper and customer ;)

Amazing Product and Customer Service

I bought a compostable toilet for our cabin. I love that you can put a bag in it or use it without. It is easy to clean with removable compartments and is a good height to sit on. The instructions are also very informative with tips and tricks on how to use the product. The Joolca team was very responsive to all inquiries about shipping and when the product was going to get to my destination.

Great Customer Service

I’ve had a great experience with Joolca, I haven’t been able to test my products yet but they have been very pleased with the support they were helpful and knowledgeable. My kit was received damaged and Joolca took care of it, without hesitation and fast. I can’t wait till winters over to enjoy my new products.

I bought the Nomad kit and the lid was…

I bought the Nomad kit and the lid was broken upon arrival due to shipping damage.I contacted customer support through email and within hours received a response saying a new lid was being sent right away.I have never had an issue resolved so fast and without question, even with it being a shipping issue and not a product flaw.Already have the new lid in record time, especially with all the courier issues and holiday season.I am very happy with customer support and this company.Thank you.
