The customer service people answered my questions well, this is why i put 4 stars.. But still, the problem remains, that I will receive my order after the maximum date shown when I placed my order. They told me it is because of the chinese new year. But they knew this on the 30th of january (when the order was placed) and still did not change the delivery date. This is very unprofessional of Joom. The customer needs to know the correct delivery date when placing an order. I am very disappointed. Order was placed 4 days ago and is still at "processing" status.
