I honestly can't say i've had any problems. On the contrary, i've found they actually have excellent customer service, in app tracking updates are fine, but if you have questions about couriers you can ask in chat and they provide details.I'd advice to get an account/app if you order, bc then it's all way easier to follow plus communicate about orders.
I've had 849 orders completed by now, and 5 on the way. Out of all of those orders, in very rare occasions i experience some issue, whether with the delivery, the quantity, size, quality or type of product received, and i've always received appropriate assistance with my orders. Overall, this experience in particular, and any other i've had, has been positive for me.
Great customer service. They researched the issue in detail and were quick to respond and resolve it. I had received a broken bottle of serum that was expensive, and I sent them pics; they refunded me within a week. Very happy with the resolution.
