Bought the Lenovo pro 15 ear buds but was getting no sound from left bud contacted them very quick and polite but have u done this take video of doing this oh no instructions in box .so tbh I got fed up doing it .you buy you expect it to work if it don’t replace a lot of people having this issue so waste of money replace them please .over 30 % of your reviews are complaints about your processes regarding faulty items do you not think consumers deserve better then sending you videos it’s ridiculous so I am sorry but I will advise people to be careful buying of you keep my money

I received a DAMAGED flipper device

I received my flipper device in a damaged condition. As is my usual practice due to past negative experiences with online orders, I recorded a video of the unboxing. Upon switching on the device, I noticed a significant line running through the center of the LCD screen, rendering the flipper unusable.Joom refused to issue a refund or initiate a return, advising me instead to contact FLIPPER directly, stating, "We do not ship items directly - We will need to contact the merchant."When I reached out to FLIPPER, they informed me that I would need to resolve the matter with Joom, who should be able to reimburse me. Additionally, FLIPPER stated that all goods are shipped directly from Joom's warehouse, contradicting Joom's earlier claim.As a result, I have initiated a chargeback with my bank.This has been the worst online experience—neither party is willing to take responsibility despite the clear evidence I have!

Joom is my favourite e-mall!

I love the plethora of products sold on Joom, appreciate the free delivery and most of the time the price vs quality of the product is satisfying.I have been shopping on this platform since it became available in my country and I don't think I'll ever stop. But what stops me from making it my only go to place for online shopping is the waiting. I understand that in some countries shoppers can pay a small fee of €5 for faster delivery, and I wish this option was also available to Cyprus

Horrible shopping experience

I bought bridal gown and the size chat there is not applicable everywhere. The gown does not fit. They have refused to refund my money and have given me 2 separate addresses in China to send it to. Meanwhile when I purchased it, it came in one package. Also before ordering it did say free delivery and returns, but now they are saying I should pay for the returns. They are not very truthful. I think it’s a very bad idea to shop with them. Because you won’t get what you want and they won’t give you a refund also.

The customer Services are very amazing! They are pretty chill and I like it! As well as they reply fast and do things really fast unlike some apps who takes forever! I really recommend using joom , KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

Refusing to take responsibility and breaking the law.

I did not received my order. As per Joom's advice I have contacted the courier service Royal Mail via an online form. Royal Mail has advised me that only the sender can submit a claim for a lost package.After many conversations with Joom's customer service, they and their sellers refuse to make a claim, issue a replacement or a refund.In their eyes, they have fulfilled their duties, even when the customer hasn't received their order.Under UK Consumer Rights law, it is the senders responsibility to submit a claim with the courier.It is clear that Joom does not care about its customers and they believe their duties are fulfilled even when customers don't get their orders.Edit: Joom claim not to be the sender so they're not at fault for not opening a claim. I have contacted who they claim to me the sendor only to be told they did not send the order and that it's Joom's responsibility. I guess my order was sent by a ghost in Antarctica.
