Poor after-sales service - a bad choice for a scooter

Unfortunately, I can't say I'm very happy with the X1 I ordered. I wish I hadn't ordered it, but that's too late now. The rear tyre got punctured after only 115 kilometres, courteously of a sharp stone lying in the street. Unfortunate, but it can happen. Hopefully, it was a freak occurrence. Sadly, not only is the whole thing extremely difficult to replace, but there is no suitable after-sales logistics infrastructure in the Southern Belgium/Luxembourg area. I will have to take to it a town near Liege. Customer service via email is supportive, but the lack of adequate logistical support in this region for when something inevitably goes wrong, leads to Joyor being a poor choice for people living outside Spain, or at least, far from the requisite mechanics workshops. I would advise inhabitants of this region to look for scooters which can be repaired by local workshops, because although I bought my x1 via Decathlon, Decathlon itself provides no support when it comes to repairing the scooter. They say it's "too complicated for them". Well then, how am I supposed to repair it then, if it's too complicated for professional mechanics?-----update:The mechanic in Liege solved the issue quickly and efficiently. I have decided the amend the review positively as a result. I urge Joyor to be proactive in helping customers outside Spain, and to develop a widespread network of support mechanics in areas where the scooters and other mobility vehicles are sold.

Very nice customer service i had a problem withe my joyor y6s i emailed them and in 1 day it was solved very kind person i had on email helped me very quick nothing to say more very satisfied on all point ! :)
