Bought the scooter for my son to ride to school couple months ago. Worked fine, until the back fender with the light broke off. Contacted the customer service and received spare parts - repaired myself. Couple weeks ago, the display starts going on and off and the scooter slows down without a reason. Contacted the customer service again and NO RESPONSE. Sent couple of emails, called a whatsapp number to China, but nothing. Stay away from this seller.

( BIG SCAAAAM ) When i ordered the Joyor S10S-Z i was sending some questions in the email and they were answering in 1 hour maximum but after receiving the scooter and it had the folding sistem broken i send too many emails with photos since 2 days and the are not answering me anymore not in the customer service not even the sales department they are not answering anymore so be careful I will announce the police anyway so i can get my money back or for resolving this situation

I’m really happy with my Joyor scooter! It’s fast, smooth, and super easy to ride. The battery lasts much longer than I expected, which is a big plus. Overall, it’s a great value for the price and makes my daily commute so much easier.
