I bought a Joyor scooter from joyor-escooter.com for delivery to Denmark in July 2025. The scooter itself works well, but the buying process was misleading.Joyor runs two separate websites: • joyorscooter.com – operated by Joyor E-Moving S.L. in Spain, clearly states prices include Spanish VAT. • joyor-escooter.com – the one I used, appears to be operated from China, does not list a VAT number, and does not say VAT is included.Both sell the same scooters, but the EU site is about €100-150 more expensive (likely due to VAT). On joyor-escooter.com, no VAT is charged, and no valid EU VAT invoice can be issued. This is not made clear before purchase. My order was shipped from an EU warehouse (Germany), which avoided import fees, but it still wasn’t an EU VAT-compliant sale.Customer service is slow and vague. When I asked for clarity on VAT for Denmark or the EU, they confirmed they are not VAT registered but stopped replying to follow-up questions. They also offered a “gift” in exchange for a 5-star review, which I find unethical.
The luxury of products.I have been using Joyor products for a while now and I can't say anything other than fabulous.Everything thing is perfect, the quality, the material and the consistency.Above all of that you still get the products for low prices.
Hi i ordered a used scooter It takes a little longer to send but he's not used , 2,4km and all looks reely new,I think it's the best scooter to buyNo other has 60v 18A\h(1,2kw\h to load full) hydraulic braces, real dampers (not only springs),2 1000 w motors.weights Only 28kg 30km milage with 50%full speedFor only 500 or new 700. €Wats not so good It have 3gears on the 2en he drives 30kmh. an option to adjust Al speeds on gear would be great.The balanc on the board is hold by 4 M8 screws ,the can loosen nobody would check them.(But all other scooter had the same problem.)The mechanic to fold is only hold by one 10mm bolt that can brake. No 2nd security like other'sThe turn signal is only on the bord it would be nice to see some on the handlebars .And And this is only on that vehicle and I ride many of them .It would wobble an higher speedsAt 30kmh an a little experience it's not a problem But at+ 55kmh It kann bei Real hard to control The steering damper is orderd I hope the solve this fenomen
