I bought joyor s8-s dual motor. It was used from the website and i love it. It rides very good. Its true that on second day the charging slot on the scooter started to move around and it did not charge but i had that sorted for 30 eur. Overall really good scooter

Ordered my Joyor s10-s-y on June 12, 2024. The first one arrived on June 17. The rear suspension was broken (I noticed this after a 10km ride). I sent an email to support the same day. They needed instructions on what was broken (I sent videos and pictures and explained it very well [via Whatsapp]), after each message from me it took them about 1 day to reply. January 22 I got my return label. It was really hard to find someone to accept the package (the label said 28.5kg, in reality it was 33kg - you can't send it with more than 30kg and need DHL Express, but I tried a few stations and found one that didn't really care about the weight). The second scooter arrived on June 28. It was also broken from the start. It won't even turn off anymore (maybe controller burnt). Still no response so far. (June 30)Summary: After 2 defective scooters and a lot of writing back and forth with support, after almost 3 weeks I have nothing but a defective scooter......I would not recommend it!!!
After a long while and some rounds of conversation and video description most of the problems were solved now. Thanks.But still I wonder a lot, that there are different brake systems for front and backwheel ... so have to carry different brake-pads with me on long travels.
