Never again!!!

Took 3 months and then you sent the wrong cup. Total scam from the beginning. Now you want me to send it back with a return label I can’t print and a special trip to the post office. Lousy lousy customer service. The mug is so ugly I can’t even bring myself to keep it. Never again.

Loving the new tumbler lid and charms!

I love the design and size

I love the design and size. The only negative is the straw is too small to use for my morning smoothies. Too much gets stuck in them. Otherwise I love it

I LOVE my cup

I LOVE my cup! It's exactly as described. I will say the ice doesn't stay frozen for very long, but for me it was more about the look than the function. I also like that I can make it left handed depending on how I screw the lid back on.
