I was suspicious about the store at first because It was my first time hearing about Jum3a.com but I took my chances and purchased the TCL monitor I wanted.
order was confirmed a day after with a call then it was delivered two days later. their delivery policy is friendly (they allow the customer to test the product and give them option to return it with delivery team is they don't like it)

TLDR; It was a great experience my only wish for you guys to strive toward faster delivery times

Bad dealings with jum3a

They were dishonest in their dealings; I received the order with a different model, and the company's response to order changes was characterized by stalling tactics. Unfortunately, my experience with you was exhausting and miserable.
