1-Hisense Smart tv in website 55A61H but i recieved diffrenet model 55A61k2- delievery time takes about 7 days3- when you call help center they reply but transfer to someone else And the some one else keep transfer you to another4- they dont know what they sell about specification details they know nothing5- nature of warranty is diffrenet from what official brand
