Not very satisfied

Delivery time interval is perfect but I request the delivery to be after 4 pm but the driver arrived too early at time I wasn’t in Al-Dora to receive the device, so I ask my neighbor to receive the device instead of me. The color of iron was red not the blue color I requested.
