Bad casino stay clear don't pay out properly

I'd give them a 0 won £150 and they wouldn't verify my PayPal account even though I spent nearly 2 weeks giving them all the ID they needed, there unprofessional gladly take your money and won't pay it back , seen loads of others be had the same way ,shut them down gives other good casinos companies a bad name, had to make a complaint begore they did finally pay out" they take 2.50 off for sending you your on money too 🤬🤬🤬

Worried at first, but 3 day payout!!

I signed up to a site called Freebet Casino which is run by Jumpman Gaming, and after trying to withdraw £400, I was confronted with the verification process and the penny dropped. I thought "Oh, here we go"...... You see, I had a bad experience with Amazon slots verification process (also a Jumpman casino) i.e everything I uploaded was rejected, so I just replayed all my winnings as I never thought I'd get any of it withdrawn. I checked out the reviews and was quite shocked at all the negatives, that I thought I would never get my money from Freebet either. I tried again after reading the instructions properly, and uploaded my passport, a credit card statement and a gas bill. This was Wednesday and I just received £397.50 in my bank account today 30.07.22. I was expecting the battle that so many others have had, but I can honestly say my experience has been positive. I'm sorry for everyone else who had such bad experiences, but I have to leave a positive review based soley on my experience. I've knocked one star off because I'm being petty about being charged £2.50 to withdraw my winnings. Had I known this, I would have withdrawn at a balance of £402.50 :-) All in all, I will use this particular site again.

AVOID JUMPMAN GAMING

I seem to be having the same problem as everybody else. I have fully verified my account. I deposited £300 and then withdrew my winnings if £350 thats where the problems started. They keep reversing my withdrawal to my casino balance. Have emailed customer service (aztec wins) and also jumpman going complaints. They keep telling me the bank has declined the withdrawal (the bank hasn't have spoken to them on 3 occasions. They are now saying that I have to register a new card, deposit money then I can get that card activated and can make withdrawal. This is not on and I'm not prepared to open a new bank account in order to get winnings. This has been going on 2 weeks so far. This is by far the most corrupt site ever. No customer services and automated emails. Now taking this to court and hope more will. Goong to start a reddit on this matter. avoid JUMPMAN GAMING at all costs

This garbage company doesn’t deserve not even one star ! I played at crystalslots.com wich is theirs as well like many of them and after a few attempts of verifications,i passed. When i wanted to withdraw,I couldn’t. The interesting thing is that on my account another card appeared wich is not mine and i never added. Because that card appeared,they asked me details about it and obviously I couldn’t provide because it’s not mine. After a lot of emails “Kerry” from customer support told me that on their system it’s showing that I deposited from the new card but what they forget is: my bank statements. Yesterday,”James” from customer support wrote me,apologied for “confusions” and asked me to prove my deposits. After i sent them the proofs,he didn’t reply anymore. I never saw something like this in my life and i will do everything it needs to take my winnings and to be honest,even more. We shall unite,and together to burry this company because they don’t deserve to be active and they need to pay for their actions and illegalities.

I'm sorry to see so many people have had a bad experience, however, mine has been ok. I won £600 3 days ago on Big Ben games and before I could withdraw I was asked to upload documents which is the norm these days with gambling sites, I uploaded utility bill, bank card and passport originally my utility bill was rejected and I received an email to ask if I could send it over, I did this and the money was in my bank today, I know alot of gambling sites do same day payouts or even next day but I've only had to wait 72 hours which isn't bad.

I have tried to get my £100 deposit retruened (unused) as did not like the look of website. they are telling lies after lies they have admitted they owe me the money but are still not paying in !!! I have got their ADJ ecogra involved but they cant act until jumpan outfit issue deadlock letter. Don't even wanna give one star well I won a progressive jackpot on 4th of july £4125 and went to withdraw even though my account stated it was fully verified now they hit me with plenty more wanting loads off documents off me witch I supplied now it's 12th July and they have emailed me stating they have been voided and my account as been suspended after me sending them in everything they have asked for they ARE SCAMMERS they have stated on the email they will refund the card off £520 total of deposits that's been made.. not the fact I won a progressive jackpot and yet won't pay out states on terms and conditions they must be paid out in full!! Don't worry I'm taking this further for My winnings I won fair and square you a robbing C**TS DO NOT PLAY ANY OFF THESE SITES MINE WAS WON ON BINGZINO JUMPMAN GAMING THEY FRAUD HOW THEY HAVE GOT ANYWAY WITH IT SO LONG I DONT KNOW BUT IM NOT GIVING UP I'll go to the papers and make sure I'm heard so nobody plays on your sites again

I’d give it zero reviews if I could. They ask you to verify which you do, but after the 11th time of verifying I’d rather take the hundred pound loss and go to the gambling commission and log a complaint. They tell you to get in contact with customer service yet when you do they say a colleague has been in contact with you. This in fact is not a colleague as they state. This is an automated email message they send out. As nothing in the emails they send back to me is anything to do with the question I ask. They never ask to verify when they take the money but always will ask for verification when you wish to withdraw. Stay away people. Otherwise you’ll find yourself out of pocket for a site that charges £2:50 even for you to withdraw money. Other sites I have played in the past don’t do this. Also have a look in the gov website about this firm. They’ve been found in breach of a few things not up to parr. Key failings:breach of Licence Condition 12.1.1 Paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 - Prevention of money laundering and terrorist financingbreach of Paragraph 1 of Licence Condition 12.1.2 (Anti-money laundering measures for operators based in foreign jurisdictions)failure to comply with Social Responsibility Code Provision 3.4.1 paragraph 1 and 2 - Customer interaction.This information can be found on the gambling commission government site (sorry it won’t let me share the link).
