I have typically had a very good experience with the service, but they have canceled twice now and sent me the same information in multiple emails. I'm waiting for a delivery today, as my father cannot walk to the door, so I need to receive the parcel. If it doesn't arrive today, I will have to contact the support team for supplies. Hoping for a successful delivery today.
Due to certain challenges that worsened after surgery, I have become dependent on the service offered by a local delivery provider. It's an impeccable system. I call them, explain my needs, and they coordinate with my local clinic to obtain a prescription! Typically, I experience a turnaround of just 3 working days! I am truly impressed with the service and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone!
I placed my order over the phone, and the staff were incredibly helpful and professional. The first order took some time, but it was due to an issue on the surgery's part. For my second order, I called in again, and the surgery responded promptly, delivering the order just two days after I placed it.
I’ve never had a problem with nightingale they do a valuable service from a phone call which the member of staff are so polite very calm and do a fantastic job they send a message to the drs surgery and then recieve the prescription and order straight away within 2-3 days I recieve my catheters or anything to do with catheters that I have requested absolutely nothing to worry about they are a great company I thank you all very much kind regards
