Initially, I was doubtful because the prices appeared too good to be true. However, the ordered items received immediate order verification and tracking, and they were delivered the very next day. Everything was perfect—authentic items at an excellent price and outstanding service. I would definitely use this service again.
My experience was extremely unsatisfactory. The fragrance I ordered never arrived, and when I reached out to the support team for assistance, they were unhelpful, disrespectful, and lacking professionalism. Rather than addressing the problem or giving a proper explanation, they displayed complete indifference. The poor service and absence of accountability are intolerable, particularly when customers have already made a payment. I cannot recommend this service and will not be coming back.
Get Royal Mail to deliver it to the right place. Not to a doorstep with public access, when they gave already sent an email confirming that I will collect it from them. Utter incompetence, then it goes missing,big surprise to no-one.
