Review Time
If I could give this company a zero I would. I ordered a golf bag 4 weeks ago and has yet to ship. I have email twice with no response. I have a feeling I will not be receiving my golf bag or get my money back. I would not purchase anything from them especially with the lack of customer service. I am not one one to reviews. Should have bought the one at golftown.
Great prices, great selection, wasn’t sure at first seemed too good to be true! But was pleasantly surprised and have since placed multiple orders. Had to deal with customer service once and they were great and made everything right quickly!
Ordered pair of Nike golf shoes for $99. Forced to pay shipping charges unless I ordered $.01 more in product.Ordered a $35 Nike golf cap.When the package arrived, the $35 cap was stuffed into the shoe box! WTH?!When I complained to customer service, they offered no explanation and simply thanked me for the “feedback.”Shoddy shipping (cost) and packaging (execution). Shoddier customer service reply.
Ordered two sets of grips and two dozen reclaimed balls. The grips arrived, but no balls. Two emails and one week later, no reply. Terrible experience. So after two more days and no emails from justgolfstuff the balls have arrived. I have to say that their support system is horrible, but I did receive my order. Maybe posting here made a difference.
Order a golf bag for my son in his school colors. The ping golf bag arrived with totally different colors. They said I ordered that cool. I explained I google searched a specific color Donnie way I ordered the wrong color. They want me to pay to return the incorrect item now. From reading these reviews doesn’t look like I’ll get refunded even if I send it back. Crap company!!!!
I bought two pair of Etonic golf shoes. The shoes were 79.99. A couple days after I made the purchase, the price dropped to 49.99. I emailed the service department to see if it was possible to get a credit for the different. A week later, $60 was credited to my credit card. Needless to say, I was thrilled. That's service!
I have had a few previous small purchases with justgolfstuff and it had been ok until now. I bought their "refurbished" electric cart and it turned out to be a heavily used product. Worse, justgolfstuff didn't even bother cleaning it properly before reselling it. So the wheels are with dirts and muds! There is NO place for me in the website review of product, even I signed into my account. So... I don't know they got their other products reviews!
Had a small problem with the delivery of my order. The issue was with the Currier not Just Golf Stuff. I contacted the Courier and they were very prompt in sorting out the issue. Just Golf Stuff did send me an email notifying me of the delay and both Just Golf Stuff and the Courier kept me up to date on the issue and it was solved in a timely manner.The item I purchased from Just Golf Stuff was exactly what I ordered and was in perfect condition.
