Review Time
Got an early confirmation that product had shipped with a tracking code with GLS. However after five days it still had not been picked up!!I emailed them but had no response. Suddenly my golf bag was shipped and it delivered in two days in good condition and as advertised. Still however no response from seller.I also asked why I was charged for shipping when they clearly advertise free shipping over $99.It appears that this company is genuine but quite frankly I would not use them again as their customer service is non existent.
I placed an order online and was able to find and use a discount code to get the price down. My card was charged and I received an email with an order #. Two days later I got an email informing me the company cancelled my order with no specific reason given. When I called in, I was informed it was cancelled because that discount code shouldn't have worked. I think it's pretty greasy that instead of recognizing their mistake, fulfilling the order, and then removing the code, they straight up cancel it without providing any information to the customer.
I ordered a golf clubs set and some new balls about 2 weeks ago and at first there was no update, that's when I went to check the reviews on internet and got worried!! So I tried to write an email and call them and at first nothing!! But shortly after I received a response to my inquiry and a shipping notification and everything arrived really fast once shipped and there wasn't any mix up in my order!! It's hard not to be worried at first with the bad reviews but they did good!! Give them a chance!!
I ordered 3 shirts from them over a week ago. On the Shop app - it shows that the package has been shipped, but when i use the tracking code, it says that the product has not even arrived and has not shipped. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, waited a few more days. Over a week and it still has not shipped despite saying that they ship in 7 business days. I will remove/update my review once/if i receive my product but until then this company gets 2 stars.Edit*My order finally arrived without any shipping status update. But i haven't had time to inspect the items individually. I've bumped them up to a 3-star. Honestly, it would've been a 5 star if their tracking system worked. I don't mind waiting, just don't like not knowing.
