Review Time
I have bought items from JGS over the past couple of years and have enjoyed receiving what I purchased soon after the purchase was made. I found the quality of the merchandise to meet the high standards I expected insofar as quality is concerned.I had lots of JGS points that were lost as I didn't place another order within the short span of 6 months. Please extend the period, preferably to 18 months.
Ordered a shirt and almost two weeks and still don’t have it. Contacted three time for a refund and now they want me to pay for the shipping back. If you’re not in a hurry for your order this site is for you. I'm thinking this site is just a middle man.
Terrible customer service. I was concerned after my order was 'delivered' but I never received my order. It took over 3 weeks and multiple follow ups on my end before getting a response back. Seems as though my order was stolen from my front porch (on me), but they basically told me to kick rocks and I'm out of luck. Should have done my research before purchasing. Must avoid.
