Review Time
My insurance was cancelled despite payment of renewal fee on time. I have emailed the enquiries@ and the renewal@ address but have not had any contact, not even a receipt of complaint. The Chat feature doesn't work either. Policy JL2553638. Renewal paid 22/10/2025 for the amount of 631.24 pounds. Renewal was due 3/11/2025. Update - policy was issued after this review and Just Landlords sorted it all out. I’ve kept the review a 1 star because it was not great to have insurance not renewed.
I have been using Just Landlords for several years now for buildings insurance and for rent guarantee insurance. They are very good. They are competitive in the prices charged, they answer the telephone and are friendly and always answer my questions. They are a gem in the insurance industry.

I sent an email late last night and this morning had a personal response, with an answer by 9am. It shouldn't be, but it's so unusual for customer service to be personal and swift. Have used this company for many years now and this kind of service is one of the reasons.
