I can't thank Just Landlords enough for the cover and support that their policy provided recently when we had to issue court proceedings to get a reluctant tenant out of our rental property (that we have been trying to sell). Without the guidance and support of the appointed solicitor, the whole process would have been very costly and stressful.
I thought I had renewed my contract with Just Landlords. On checking I found out that I had not received an invite, and hence I had not renewed. Craig helped me immediately by checking all was OK, and after some management checks renewal was raised and I was fully insured.Craig was very helpful, it was great to speak to a real person, and someone who gave great customer service.I will keep renewing with Just Landlords again in a few months timemany thanks
Received a call from Craig at Just Landlords - he clarified the reason as to why I had received 2 quotes from Just Landlords - within 2 minutes of each other. He also agreed to investigate the reasons why I had been passed pillar to post. Thank you Craig and I hope you manage to tweak things to set right. What Craig did is called 'customer service'.....
Just spent a fruitless 10 minutes on the phone. Rang up to ask some questions and to get a quote only to be told they don't do quotes over the phone! Why they didn't put that on the website or on the IVR at the start of the call, goodness only knows. It's not difficult to do. I had a fruitless wait and the agents are stacked high with calls, some of which I'm sure will be for quotes. Very unprofessional. I'll go elsewhere.
Craig provided excellent customer service to me when I had queries about my policy renewal. I'm still a bit inexperienced as a landlord but he was patient, kind and answered all of my questions. I'm feeling reassured and very grateful for the help I received today.
