Andrew was great from the first appointment, took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and supported us throughout the entire mortgage process. Andrew found us a great mortgage deal and helped break down all the jargon for us so that we could better understand every step of the process. Andrew sorted all our insurances, giving us the best advice without any pressure. From the first meeting with Andrew we had very little to do ourselves, Andrew did all the hard work. We had an extremely disappointing experience with Carly from Just Mortgages. After wasting over two weeks of our time and holding up our buying process, Carly suddenly informed us that she could no longer provide us with a mortgage, despite having previously given us three options. She provided no explanation or information as to why this was the case, which added unnecessary stress to our first-time home buying experience.In stark contrast, another company we contacted on the same day as Just Mortgages' rejection identified an issue with our addresses that needed updating. They provided clear information and advice on how to move forward. We would never recommend Just Mortgages, as their service caused significant delays and frustration.
What can I say about Daniel in the Barnsley branch other than "WOW". Daniel held our hands from start to finish in getting our mortgage approved. I'm a consummate worrier and yet he was reassuring and patient. I honestly feel that without Daniels help we may not have been able to buy our amazing forever home and not to mention the fact that he got us the best mortgage rate on the market. Thankyou Daniel.
Continue to have a horrendous experience with this company. Have rung their complaints depth which goes to voice mail. Started re mortgage process in March and mortgage still not in place all these months later. All our legal bits are done just waiting on them. So much needless stress from this company.
