missed placed my radiator bracket's - lost them while decorating rang TYLER in customer services to whom was very helpful , Tyler sorted the replacement bracket and got them sprayed to my colour and received them this morning all done under a week . I had a delightfully simple interaction with Tyler from Radiator Warehouse today. I had ordered the wrong sized radiator, which I needed to change with a bigger one. After I ordered the correct item, Tyler arranged for the old one to be picked up at the same time as the new one is delivered, before refunding the original purchase. Dead easy, and he even helped me find the correct size too! Thank you! 💥
