There was a good choice, and the radiator arrived quickly - although the valves arrived separately, which was a bit odd, but still in good time to get it fitted. It’s a lovely radiator, very pleased and it is working well. I had to return some pipe sleeves as they were too short, and that was handled quickly and I got a refund, although I had to pay postage.
We had a problem with the 1st radiator that was received, it was just not heating. After a quick message to the customer service team, Tyler got in touch to offer a replacement.Unfortunately the replacement was out of stock so a short delay in received it, once it arrived, we noticed the incorrect item had been sent. Again a quick message to Tyler and a replacement sent and collection arranged for wrong item sent.We received the correct item and it was installed, the new radiator is heating great and I cannot thank Tyler enough for being so helpful throughout.
Terrific, responsive customer service. I ordered two radiators and valves at a competitive price. They were delivered promptly and in excellent condition. A week or so later I realised I needed valves with a different finish.I called JR and talked with their agent Tyler who swiftly facilitated replacement valves, plus a refund. Couldn't have been easier.
