We are very happy with our radiator and the service provided from Just radiators. The only thing I think may help the normal D.I.Y person is maybe a template for drilling the holes or maybe better instructions. But I managed ok . And the vertical radiator looks great and gives out great heat .
I purchased a radiator that was out of stock but Just Radiators were incredibly helpful and advised me as to when they would be able to get it back in stock from the manufacturer. Unfortunately the product was damaged due to a manufacturing fault when it arrived but the customer service was second to none! A replacement was sourced and shipped, no questions asked, and I received in within 2 days! I would most definitely recommend Just Radiators. Thanks to Stacey and Ellie in customer service.
