My initial order arrived within two days. Impressive enough, but then I realised I'd ordered too few columns. My email was dealt with by a lovely and helpful young lady, who arranged for the replacement and collection on the same day.The refund promptly followed, once they had back the original order.Super service, excellent radiator.
