I was waiting în line to pay for my order and my 7 years old son was agreesed verbal lu by the BGS guard. He was waiting for me to pay together with his mom, sitting on the chair when one advertise was falling on his head. The JYSK guard told him to move. When i conform red the guard and the cashier i was told that the store is not a playgrounf and I assume is not a family store. Next time I will avoid JYSK store and I will spend my family money on a family store.

Do not order online. Do not pay upfront. The order will not arrive, ever. Ordered a table on 19 august, it's 13 sept now, no chance of arriving. Called them 4 times, every time said they will get back on a call with me , never did. Never solved the problem. They do not care about the clients, I would not order from Jysk ever again. On my last call I tried to get my money back, they said I will receive a confirmation on the e-mail. At the moment, nothing. Probably I will need to solve this with ANPC. Be careful!
After a long day waiting for the furniture to be delivered it was supposed to be delivered between 10 am and 5 pm and several phone calls that promised the furniture is on the way nobody came so we wasted the whole day in waiting and at 22 32 not even a courtesy call to let us know when they are coming very disappointed of the customer service they provided
I wanted to replace 2 mattresses 80x200 that I bought in April and used only once with another mattress of 160x200. The only way to resolve the issue is to give them back and receive 50-75% of value from the acquisition price in a voucher that I can use in their shop. Right now the price of the new one is exactly the price of the 2 small mattresses. They could have behaved differently if they wanted but there is no willing to do so. In Romania we have a long way until we reach the customer satisfaction of Amazon.
This rate is due Jysk România. I have ordered 20 pieces of clips. The shipment was split în 2 AWB, one with 12 parcels and one with 5. Every one of them had The same invoice, so I should have to pay 634 RON inside 317. Customer care did not help me. I received only one AWB. The second one with the rest of my order is not received although is already been paid.
I'd like to review the company's furniture, honestly I would but one month after the order date and I still have 2 weeks left (at the very least) until it supposedly arrives.I checked in with them periodically, and they redid the order at least twice so far (thus resetting the order window).All of the above was online but don't worry their brick and mortar store wasn't any better. Upon seeing something we liked in the store, and then waiting 5 minutes we were informed that the floor model was the last of it's kind in stock. Oh well we thought, we'll just buy the floor model. Nope we were "kindly" redirected online to order the product from there thus ensuring we had to wait 2 weeks to buy the product right in front of us.
