Bikinis very good quality however run very small so I couldn’t wear them. Customer service was great. Keeping the ones that didn’t fit per there request and will give to my granddaughter who is very thin and will fit her, not sure about the cheeky bottoms thou. They offered me 2 new products, just had to pay 7.99 shipping and they shipped new product already. Thank you
I'd ordered three bikinis in size M, as per the size guide. They arrived and they were too small, so I wrote an email asking for the returns process. They replied saying that we can send you out new bikinis in size L, plus a new bikini of my choice for free, and all I had to do was pay for postage and I could keep the others (although not sure what I'm going to do with them, other than try selling on Vinted). Only the new bikini arrived, so I'm now out of pocket for a big sum of money and no other bikinis. I've emailed to ask where the others are, but I haven't had a reply. I'll update this post if they live up to their word and the other bikinis arrive.
Ordered a size large bikini which says a 16 which is my size.. far too small. I have raised several tickets and emailed them and nothing after a week!!! Stuck with a bikini that doesn’t fit and a £32 bill.. angry! Don’t use them
