I ordered 3 bikini sets and got a fourth for free PLUS a free bottom! They arrived about a week later and I absolutely loved the colors and quality! I went by the measurements and they fit perfectly. I accidently ordered the wrong size bottom on one of the sets and reached out to customer service about my options. They told me to keep the set and they would send another with the right size! I just paid $9.99 for shipping which was totally fair. It was my fault for not paying attention to all the sizing I chose but they rectified the issue promptly and generously. I will definitely order from them again!
I am a size 10 and ordered medium bikinis, they fit perfectly. I am so pleased with the komoni bikinis, I feel really good in them because they are very flattering to my figure and give me a wonderful cleavage! No mean feat for a 58 year old I can tell you! And the customer service is outstanding! Myself and my daughter (who is also very impressed with the bikinis) will be purchasing all bikinis in the future from komoni.
Really love all 4 of the costumes I bought. Using a 3 for the cost of 2 offer and £10 off, they were bargain for the quality and style of the products. I had to exchange two items as I got the sizing wrong. This was organised swiftly, I didn't need to send the wrong sizes back, and they replaced the items straight away. I couldn't have been happier. Would recommend this company and the products
Unfortunately the swimsuits I ordered didn’t fit. I have a hard time buying anything online because I am weird sizes. Customer service for this company however offered many options. Due to shipping costs from the United States back to China they did try just giving me alternate sizes or swimsuits. They said I could ship back to them as well but cost wise it’s not the most effective. They also offered a partial refund versus shipping back and said to donate my items. It is nice that they did offer multiple solutions and told me to just donate the swimsuits versus returning. However I see why others are upset they couldn’t just get a full refund. I have like 10 swimsuits from them now that I have to just donate- half of which were free because they sent me alternative suits of my choosing but again just how they are made it didn’t work out. I need a large top and a small bottom the bottoms fit perfectly but unfortunately the top sizes just didn’t work out. I’m just going to make a large summer donation to my local Salvation Army. Hopefully someone else can use these :) hope kamoni can create a shipping contract deal with someone so it is not up to the user to attempt getting these items back to china.
My Kamoni bikini arrived in the mail quickly. Their email communications during shipping were very helpful. It is beautiful and fits perfectly. Plus they sent a free extra bikini bottom. This was my 3rd suit I have purchase from Kamoni. Highly recommend!
