Outstanding service!I purchased a backpack from this place a year ago, and it has proven to be of excellent quality and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the zipper experienced a breakage and tore off from the bag. However, thanks to the responsive customer support, we were able to work out a solution.
I LOVE my Copenhagen sandstone backpack. It SO suits all my outfits. And guess what: when after 18 months its locking magnets had disappeared in the bottom of the lining, Kapten&Son sent me a new Copenhagen bag! Thank you for your great service! Laetitia, Amsterdam-NL
The package didn’t arrive the first time. After waiting for almost a month it was sent a second time. I had to call the delivery service several times to find out that my phone number wasn’t provided so they would have not been able to deliver it, have I not called. So not a good experience. Also, the package arrived completely damaged.
I love the bag, there are so many pockets, inside. delivery to the uk was quick, it arrived within 1 week of ordering it online. I’m impressed I was worried about the custom fees which I forgot to check on the site but everything seemed fine & you get notified via email and checking from the website.
