All was good! However!

Everything went well, with swift delivery and a top-notch product. The only hiccup was that the phone number was missing from the package (the second time it happened with me with Kapten&Son), making it difficult for the courier to reach me. Consequently, I had to get in touch with the delivery company's customer service to include the phone number and arrange for a redelivery. Thank you!

Not great - Bad returns policy

Not great. Needed to return from the UK to Germany, the service they insist on is £40 and then they take another £4.50 from the consignment to sort the goods in when they get to their warehouse.Wanted to order a different size but having spent nearly £50 just returning one product, I can't justify it.It then took well over 2 weeks to get my refund.

A discount of 20% was never applied

A discount of 20% was never applied, despite my requesting it immediately it wasn't applied. Customer service was virtually non existent. I would not recommend this company.
