Bought a backpack online! It has been sent via DHL to a Packstation, although i was home. Tried for over 3 days going there and getting my bag. NOTHING. Packstation is broken. Sent an email to Kapten & Son and nothing either, no response, no refund. Disaster. DHL has no responsibility either. Never got my package neither my money back. Never again. After managing to get my back, completely SOAKED, I still have to pay 4.50€ for a retoure. IS a proper joke this company. Good luck if your purchase goes well. If you have any problem, is over, you sit and WAIT.
Avoid! I ordered a rucksack which is currently stuck for no apparent reason at customs (I live in the U.K.). That happens. However, I’ve filed 3 customer service requests now and each one has been closed without response. It’s very difficult to contact them directly or get information about their logistics company. It genuinely feels as though they have no interest in fulfilling my order and I am down £140…
The delivery was very fast! The bag is of good quality and is exactly what I was looking for. The product completely matched the pictures and it has so many pockets that I can use. Other companies should take inspiration from Kapten & Son and make rolltop backpacks that can increase volume and fit more stuff. I was looking for this kind of bag for half a year.
- In my first order there was a different model and color- the replacement backpack was dirty. A bit, but it's not what you expect from a new one. And also I didn't like the quality of stitches between the front and bottom panel. As a result, the material lies "in not symmetrical waves".- Golden parts look cheap, I expect that in a couple of months they'll look old and lose their shine.- The straps on the backpack are hard. Rubbing hands a little.- Delivery to Italy was way too long. - Only one attempt to deliver was made and after that it was stored in a place, which address wasn't anywhere to be found online.
