I won't be buying from Karen Millen again. I bought a suit, when it arrived, it looked as though it had been screwed up and shoved in a bag. When I pulled it out, it had a smell of perfume and the 'dont remove'tag had been removed. I promptly returned it within 3 hours of delivery over 2 weeks ago and still no refund. It's only now I've noticed the feedback online for their returns being so bad.

I relied on customer reviews to select the sizing for the garments I purchased and the reviews recommend purchasing a size up due to the typically smaller fit of Karen Millen clothing. Little did I realize that the garments I ordered were not the Karen Millen brand. That was immediately disappointing. When the garments arrived they were so scrunched up in the parcel they looked like they had been shoved in to save money on the incredibly expensive postage charged. I returned the garments and ordered a smaller size (my actual size) and was charged an additional delivery charge despite ticking the box saying I did not want the additional 'security/insurance' option. When I enquired about this charge, on top of the high postage rate for a delivery that is within Aust, I was informed it was my fault for not unticking the box...but I did 'untick' the box so what went wrong? Having received the correct sized garment in an even smaller scrunched up package, I now find I cannot get all the unsightly creases out of the dress. I mist admit that the quality of the synthetic is very poor to to mention that the colour of the fabric is 'off black'...not black as described. Overall, the experience has been highly disappointing because I thought that Karen Millen was once a great brand.

Unless you are 100% sure you wont need to return anything avoid like the plague. Ive been trying to get a refund since December its now Feb. You cant speak to anyone and once you manage to get past the AI bot your message disappears into a queue and they don't respond. Im having to go through my credit card company and do a charge back. They are awful.

Went to return a jacket at Asda and the code didn’t work. Emailed customer service, no response. Emailed again 4 times, for another code, no response.
They keep sending me emails promoting their sales and to be fair I would buy again (and have used before) as they are quality products. But puts me off as the jacket is far too big and I can’t send it back!
So. Think on if you are looking at buying!

Extremely Disappointed with the Experience

I am rating this experience with one star, as there is no option for zero! I used the service for the first time and, taking advantage of the after-Christmas sales, purchased several coats. While the quality is impressive, the size guide was very misleading, and their after-sales support has been the worst I have ever encountered. There is no way for customers to reach out regarding returns and refunds, and I have received absolutely no response from the company! I will seek legal advice if a full refund for the returned products is not processed. I strongly advise avoiding this service!

Shopping here has become very frustrating.

This site has become very challenging to shop with. The experience is quite stressful. My parcel was marked as delivered, but I didn't receive all of my items. Despite staff repeatedly stating that there were no missing items, my order had been split into multiple parcels. When I wanted to return the items, I was instructed to create three return labels for a single order, which meant an additional charge of £3 per label. I grew weary of explaining my situation to customer service. Additionally, they automatically included a delivery insurance fee of £7. After multiple orders and returns, I am down about £30 with nothing to show for it. That's a significant amount for an average person. I won’t be shopping here again. It feels like I'm being penalized for wanting certain clothing.

Delivery address issue due to website error

The platform changed my delivery address to a previously stored one, even though I confirmed my new address was entered correctly. Now, I have no opportunity to cancel or modify the address, despite having placed the order just minutes ago. I can't retrieve the parcel or contact anyone at my old address. This is all due to the failure to update the system from their website's mistake, leaving me out of pocket by £100. It's frustrating to deal with a service where speaking to a real person seems impossible. What used to be a mid-range luxury service now feels like a low-quality operation.
