Another negative experience here. Ordered, then got no confirmation of item being shipped, emailed and got ignored for three weeks, then got a refund after initiating a chargeback. Pretty sure they have set this up in the hopes people will be too embarrassed to claim/not bother with the faff. Despicable. Not me - I'll be aiming to report them to Portuguese authorities and let everyone on Fetlife know to avoid this scammy scam. Shame on you, Sophie.

Placed a €33 order (14015KB) on 26/11/25 with the intention of following up with a larger order if the goods were satisfactory.Received auto-acknowledgement of order and then nothing.Contacted customer service on 15/12/25. No reply ever received and no goods have ever been delivered.This is a scam company, avoid at all costs!!!
This website is definitely a scam! don’t order from here! I made an order three weeks ago and no update on my order and no response from customer service. I didn’t read the reviews or comments on their social media before purchasing and I should have. I’m glad I only spent £20 because most likely I won’t get it back.
Horrible, ordered something and it's been three months with no response from the support email, tickets? nothing. Asked for a refund and nothing either. It's a scam, ordered twice from there with no issues before now idk what happened but it sucks and i want my money back. they have no place in the website where i can complain either for my product. Incompetence.
This company appears to be a scam. I placed an order several weeks ago, and my items were never dispatched. The company is completely unresponsive to all forms of contact.I made multiple attempts to contact the business via email and a web form. My emails were ignored, and one of their email addresses even actively refused delivery.Due to the lack of communication and the unfulfilled order, I was forced to file a dispute with my bank. My bank has already processed a full refund, which indicates the business did not respond to the official chargeback request.This business takes your money with no intention of shipping your order. Do not waste your time or money.
I ordered from them a few years ago, and I received my item without much troubles. I then decided to order again, since my first experience with them went alright, but this time my order took more than a month to arrive, and I had to contact customer service about it. They answered me, and the issue got solved.Recently, about a month ago, I decided to order a few things. (I had forgotten about the last incident, sadly) I still haven't received my package, and I sent them two mails, which were left unanswered.Overall, even if I'm satisfied with the items I received, I won't order from them again and everyone should stay clear from that shop to avoid being scammed.
