The support I experienced was the worst ever. Firstly, the chat application has numerous bugs. Representatives are rarely available, and the responses are often incorrect. Twice they claimed to have resolved the issue, yet nothing changed. I have been trying to launch my campaign for two weeks, but I am still unable to do so.
This service is too expensive for its value. Your developers could create this in half an hour, and you could likely code it yourself in a day. Cancelling requires filling out a form that goes through a customer representative, which is very poor practice, hence the two-star rating.
