I am reporting an issue regarding a purchase made on 28 November through the service’s website. The order included a television and a wall mount bracket. After about two weeks, I received only the television, and the wall mount was missing from the delivery. I asked the delivery driver about this, and he indicated that such mistakes can happen, assuring me that the missing item would likely arrive soon. After waiting additional days without the wall mount, I reached out to the company. I faced significant challenges in contacting customer support, only managing to speak to a representative after numerous attempts. During that call, the representative acknowledged the mistake and assured me the wall mount would be sent via a courier service, advising me to check my email for updates. Since that conversation, I have not received any email confirmation, tracking number, or further communication. I have continued to try to reach the company, but my calls have gone unanswered. At this point, the company has not delivered a paid item, has not provided updates, and has failed to maintain basic communication. This situation raises significant concerns about the company’s business practices and adherence to consumer protection standards. I am seeking intervention to ensure one of the following outcomes: Immediate delivery of the missing wall mount or a full refund for the undelivered item. I believe this issue is warranted due to the extensive delay, lack of communication, and the failure to resolve the problem despite my repeated efforts.
I ordered 3 items. 2 were perfect. One I only recieved 1 item and expected 2! I emailed to advise but was told was only meant to be one! The advert waa misleading. I was more or less told its out of stock anyways! Ie tough luck! I got the item (2) from another retail outley. Very disappointed
