The worst customer service ever. The product isn’t even FDA approved that they have compounded. Caused major side effects and I tried to return it. Not only did they not accept the return they charged me for a whole new shipment of $185. Total scam business.
Product hardly works. Once you stop the pills, any new hair that has grown will fall out within a week, making you have to keep taking the pills. Side effects from the pills are also very serious. Customer support is a joke too. I tried to change my subscription a month ago, just for them to send me the same products I didn't want with no reimbursement. Waste of time and money, do not recommend.
No notice that your subscription will ship - when you try to change anything online the site doesn’t work and you get conflicting information. Super shady company when there are much better alternatives out there. Also, doesn’t the FTC require that you be able to cancel online if you can subscribe online?
Not sure how well the product worked because I only used it for 2 months. That said, I do not recommend buying from this company which is very scammy and basically charges your credit card for a subscription that you never confirmed. They don't even warn you before charging you repeatedly and you need to "submit a form" to cancel on their website. The whole process is unethical, and you can easily find similar products on Amazon for cheaper.
Buyer BEWARE! Unethical business practices- marketing, shipping, billing.My review is based on 30+ years as a health care professional/clinical pharmacist. I have NO complaints regarding the efficacy of the product being marketed. MINOXIDIL 5% is an acknowledged hair loss/hair regrowth treatment, however; the product being marketed is a generic, Israeli manufactured product sold at half the cost and delivered much more expediently by many other vendors. Early pre-charges, lengthy delivery delays and unauthorized shipments are but a few of the less than ethical concerns I have encountered with KEEPS.COM. When I brought my concerns to the attention of KEEPS.COM Customer Service Representative identifying as “IVAN” my account was cancelled with NO REFUND for unwanted shipment and my concerns were passive aggressively dismissed. LOOK ELSEWHERE!
VERY unethical company. Shipped product and charged my credit card after canceling. I jumped through all of the roadblocks it takes to cancel. the process is designed to extract as much money out of you as possible. So no real benefit from a hair standpoint but elevated ED issues, which they never mentioned. Use at your own risk
I recently signed up for keeps about a month ago (there about) as I noticed my hairline receding. I have been diligently taking the oral pill daily as well as using the shampoo and conditioner as instructed. My hair is coming out en masse, notice it the most when I use the shampoo and conditioner. Thought I was buying a treatment plan that at best helps a bit for regrowth and at worse, just helps slow down hair loss. I am getting hair coming out much more than previously, can run my hand through it when washing and have a bunch of hair in my palm. Pretty disappointed so far...losing wayyyy more than growing now, starting to get really concerned.
