Staff in the lead up to arranging the move were very helpful, honest & reliable. Nothing was a problem. Communication was excellent throughout the move. The Removalists that were sent on the day were pleasant, helpful & took the utmost of care with all of our furniture. Job completed without any issues.

The removal truck arrived later than the ETA window (45min after latest time) and seemed to be a slow start at first.Once the fellas got into gear everything ran smoothly.The 3 lads were very respectful of our furniture and new home at point of delivery. Everything was unpacked with precision and damage free (our highest priority). Very nice chaps.
The moving was great , even helped “ The Boys from Brazil “ when the door fell out of the antique crystal cabinet. I finally fitted the doors back in a couple of days later when I had adjusted the glass. You would have got 5 stars but I didn’t take kindly when I was told to pay by credit card instead of bank transfer which I was about to do. I was told I would have to pay an extra fee if I did that and no fee if I paid by credit card. Believing that false advice cost me an extra $27.50 😡😡
