Totally unacceptable. My delivery from Sydney was due today, they took my money as requested. I called at 12 noon day before and was lied to saying I would get a call later in day re delivery time schedule. I get a phone call at 2.45 day before delivery telling me my container has not left Sydney. This is 13 days from uplift in Sydney. I’m very angry and have been inconvenienced.
Absolutely terrible service from start to finish . Charged more to move cross country than from London to Australia . Unpackers were terrible , did not build anything they were paid to do . TV smashed and left under a blanket while they just walked out while nobody was looking . Please avoid at all costs . Bed damaged , bbq damaged , tv smashed and that’s only after a few hours of investigation . You think you’re hiring a reputable brand you’re in good hands . Nothing could be further from the truth . Paid for service not delivered , your belongings are not in good hands and things smashed , destroyed or missing. Completely useless !
This is the third time we've used kent to relocate, they simply get the job done. Yes, they can be rough at times, that's why they give you instructions on how to pack your own boxes, they don't always go in with the top of the box at the top, just saying.This was the first time we moved locally and the 2 boys were polite and helpful. If you need packing boxes and materials, I recommend using theirs, they are far superior than the ones you get from that green shed place.We are very happy with the service we get from kent, highly recommended.
The effort and support of all the employees both in Brisbane, on the phone and in Adelaide cannot be faulted. Made so much effort to assist and solve any queries. The gentlemen who picked up boxes in Brisbane were so pleasant and professional.
Some branches of the business were outstanding however anything that required assistance from customer service was well below an acceptable standard. I constantly had to keep following up customer service for information or requests.
