I was already using the Go-Keto meter, so finding out they had a dedicated app was a game-changer. No more writing down values in a notebook or trying to build graphs in Excel. Everything syncs perfectly and makes tracking effortless. Plus, the trends over time are easy to spot.
I took the fancy quiz, and I had a reduced offer for a 6 month subscription. As I am looking for ideas for my keto diet I though that this app would be easy to follow. Unfortunately I realized is a money asking app. Before I even start the application I had so many offers to spent more money. But the thing that made me mad is the terms and conditions that they sent after payment stated in capital letters that no refund will be accepted for digital purchase. It is a digital purchase, how else could someone buy an app? Very complicated, very money focused. Keto app people you are dealing with sensitive part of population that may need to loose weight and shouldn't act like this. I have sent an email to hello for refund. We will see.
I had an issue with a subscription renewal and reached out through the app. The support team replied within a day, resolved it quickly, and even offered a bonus month for the trouble. That level of service made me a loyal customer. It’s rare these days to feel heard by an app company.
I made the mistake of signing up and paying for a 6-month subscription and had to go through countless steps where I was supposed to pay even more for other things such as an upgraded diet plan, training and even a personal coach. After that nothing were as expected: it was complicated, difficult to understand and very confusing. I didn't understand the structure, the program, diet or the training plan. It was also designed to be as difficult as possible to cancel my subscription and I had to guess but I probably didn't succeed - so now I have to get my self a new card instead. NOTE! Just ten minutes after I bought the product I emailed about a refund, which was rejected on the grounds that I had started using the product. But I did not start using the product at all and they know it. And as if that weren't enough they now say I purchased goods within the app, something I absolutely haven't done at all.
The app design is clean and easy to navigate. I’ve recommended it to older family members, and they picked it up quickly. It’s not cluttered like many health apps. You get the tools you need, and nothing gets in your way. Perfect for someone who wants results without the tech overwhelm.
I've been doing keto for a couple of years now, and Go-Keto is the most complete app I've used. It’s not just for beginners—there are features here even advanced users can appreciate, like the GKI tracking and the way it ties food intake directly to your ketone readings. I use it daily, and it’s made a noticeable difference in my consistency.
I considered hiring a nutrition coach before discovering Go-Keto. The detailed analytics, recipe library, and progress reports cover ninety percent of what a coach would provide, for a fraction of the cost. I upgraded to premium for the fasting tracker and macro suggestions, and it still feels like a bargain. Four friends saw my results and joined within a month. If you like numbers and want sustainable keto, give it a try.
Meal prep Sundays used to bore me stiff. The app’s built-in macro suggestions and shopping list generator now turn it into a game. I pick a weekly calorie target, and Go-Keto spits out meal ideas using foods I actually like. Kids are eating the zucchini chips recipe and asking for more, believe it or not. Dropped one dress size since starting and feel more organized overall.
