Somebody has to stop this site from fishing people with fake plans for keto diets. Don't pay even a penny to this company. They catch you with a monthly payment plan, then, once you receive access to the app, you see only a few recipes, copied from Google, if you need info about the calories and nutrition, they ask you to pay extra money. Fake "specialists" if you want to ask some question you have to pay more. I sent them an email that I want refund because I don't like this product, I am disappointed, they gave me incorrect info. They answered that I don't have right to a refund. Now I reported this site to the European Consumer Centre , Europol and RAPEX.
I am writing to bring public attention to a concerning case of online deception and unauthorised charging, involving a company called KetoGo, which promotes its services heavily via social media, particularly Facebook.I recently came across a KetoGo advertisement offering a 3-month subscription for 119 RON (approximately £20), which promised a personalised keto weight loss meal plan, allegedly designed by a dietitian. The offer appeared clear and attractive, so I proceeded to purchase it via their website: my.ketogo.appAfter making the payment and receiving a confirmation email, I attempted to access the promised meal plan via the provided link – only to discover that no personalised menu was available, despite what was clearly stated in the offer.In trying to navigate the platform further in search of the meal plan, I clicked on another button within the site. This action – without any clear warning or consent request – triggered additional unauthorised charges from my bank account:109 RON/month (~£18) for a so-called Premium Service119 RON/month (~£20) for a Shopping List SubscriptionIn total, instead of the advertised one-time payment of 119 RON, I was charged 347 RON (~£58) – without any transparent notice or explicit agreement.This is a clear case of misleading advertising and deceptive digital practices. Upon further investigation, I discovered that many other consumers have experienced the exact same issue, as seen in numerous negative reviews on Trustpilot and similar platforms.It is alarming that such campaigns are allowed to run freely on platforms like Facebook, especially when they involve withdrawing money from users without proper consent. I believe this deserves urgent attention and public exposure to prevent others from falling into the same trap.I respectfully urge UK consumer authorities and the press to:Investigate KetoGo’s practices within the UK and internationally;Take action against deceptive subscription tactics;Raise awareness among consumers regarding these hidden charges and abusive billing practices.
I would not recommend dealing or purchasing I made the purchase by mistake, had not used anything that was offeredFound it very difficult to navigate their site and find how to contact them for a refund and cancel subscription They cancelled my subscription after 3 days of my purchase but would not refund the $36 US they charged meI will take up with paypal
Greedy APP!!Im sending them multiple mails in regard to irrelevant charges they deduct automatically and they dont repky my any mail now just because of review and reputation they are replying me here to send them email again to resolve the issue. Totally pathetic!!! I end up blocking my credit card they are completely fraudulent
This app is VERY misleading in their charges. If you look at any other service on the app beyond what you’ve signed up for they automatically charge you. Writing to them does nothing -No refunds. They also then put a warning on your account that it is cancelled and language that implies if you don’t extend your membership you risk weight gain.
You would get better service with ChatGPT! Once you pay and login EVERYTHING is a hard sell to pay more money and then negative feedback if you don't upsell! They won't give a refund because they say it's not faulty!! DO NOT USE IT!!! I have read other 1 star reviews and totally agree- A SCAM!!!!
