After paying for the app, I discovered that the recipe photos looked fantastic, but many ingredients were missing from the list. The remaining ingredients resulted in bland and unappetizing dishes. The app is poorly designed and difficult to navigate. This feels like a scam, and my refund request was denied, despite thinking that using a secure payment method would protect me.
I did not intend to subscribe to this app and believed I hadn't made any commitments. I informed a caller from the company that I wasn't interested in their service. This occurred within days of exploring their site, yet I've been charged $165.00 on my credit card and I'm still trying to stop this charge!
Its a scam app. Once you sign up and pay they offer you 8 more premium services you dont need. The content isnt that good. The nutrition values are hidden from the recepies because you didnt pay extra money. The subscription termination process is awful and you need to go through 10 steps , where you declare you want to stay fat forever. Horrible user experience.
Honestly, any service that makes it virtually impossible to cancel should fail utterly. Their recipes are nothing special, the diet is no better than ChatGPT can do for me. And to cancel you have to find your way to the carefully hidden link, and then click through about 15 pages. I did this once, and they still charged me. I've just done it again, and hopefully that's it for good.
Terrible experience. The app is misleading, with vague terms and unexpected charges that appear without warning. The content is sloppy and fails to deliver on the promises made in its advertising. Customer support is practically nonexistent, and the cancellation process seems deliberately complicated. I feel scammed. Not worth a minute of your time, let alone your money.
