This is definitely a scam. It says you can get a refund before 5 days and I did just that but was told because I started the plan I couldn’t get a refund. Yet it forces you to log weight before being able to do anything. So it activated it and made it look like I was using the app. It took forever and was misleading trying to deactivate my account too. Save your self the money and the grief. I will be going to my bank to dispute this.
Journey so far has been very pleasant, I am losing weight and enjoying food which I cook following recipes. Its blowing my mind how this works, I am eating plenty of food ,not starving and able to withstand temptations for cakes and biscuits. Brilliant. Only one small suggestion, I would like to be able to enter my weight in Kilograms and grams, not only Kilograms, as currently for example if I weigh myself and scales showing 114,6 I have to enter either 114 or 115 which is not accurate.
I have tried to cancel my membership 9 times using their instructions. It will not allow me to get to cancelling and receiving confirmation. All I get from Keto Go are the same AI messages with the same instructions. Do not sign up to Ket GO. You may lose weight and that's terrific but wait till you attempt to cancel monthly payments removed from your bank account! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
AVOID. It's a bit vague on info until you go through the very lengthy sign up that keeps trying to get you to spend on extras. Once signed up I realised it was no good and so cancelled immediately but have been refused a refund due to apparently being outside the withdrawal period. The withdraw period in the T&Cs states 14 days and I requested a refund immediately.Obviously trying to pull my pants down.
I was scamed. Was reading through site to check it out. Next thing I have $135 au taken from my paypal account. I tried to message them and the email they have on the site under contact us ..would not open ..I tried multiple times..then found this opportunity to share my situation. IF ANY KETO STAFF SEE THIS PLESSE POST A REAL WAY TO CONTACT You. I want my money back. My husband is ropable. Be very careful looking at their web page it is carefully dedigned to fool you into agreeing to pay for all sorts of upgrades, personal support etc. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
I have been using Ketodo for the last 2 weeks now and I have lost 6kg already, their plan for food is the best and losing weight while enjoying tasty food is incredible. I can't wait to see progress and beautiful results with this. Am happy and appreciate your help
