SCAM ALERT DO NOT TOUCH : the whole process is set up like a fraud site reeling you in with good arguments and initially fair prices. once you've paid you realise there isn't a separate app and when you set up your profile you're requested to agree to charges which open other services ,which should be part of the offering (eg. weekly shopping list). when i tried to claim a guarantee rebate, less than 5 hours after signing up, i was informed that this only was valid if i have photographic proof that the app (which doesn't really exist) is available. i then tried to cancel my subscription so that it end after 6 months, following the path given to me by customer support, i was driven to a box which effectively stated that if i logged in after cacellation i would pay 180€ penalty. THIS MUST BE ILLEGAL
I want to cancel my subscription that I did not know I had and cannot find where to cancel it. It just keeps taking me to new subscription to pay monthly. It’s a scam. I don’t want it or my money coming out of my account all the time.
SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT! Made it very difficult to cancel membership. If you want to loose weight quickly they tell you there is a a premium membership at 30 dollars per month extra. If you wish your grocery list a week ahead it also has an extra fee. Every detail has a charge. Else you are stuck with a basic membership you can't modify or nothing.
Unfortunately you have to give this a minimum of 1 star. Their creative advertising seduces you into signing up for a small fee but as soon as you click on a link to provide any additional services then you are charged immediately. It’s also very difficult to cancel and you won’t get a refund even if you immediately realise you have been scammed and contact the company. Avoid!
Scam alert. You don’t get what you pay for. They con you into completing all the registration tasks and then hit you up with page after page of additional expensive fees. They cover themselves by saying that you agreed to there terms: of course you agreed because you don’t know about the additional shit. There was so many pages of additional expensive fees that I never even got to the plan or app part of it. Recurring charging on your account many months. Not even using it and refuse to refund.Please watch out! They didn’t tell you that auto subscriptions for 6 months. What a scam and rip off. First month they charged double. Dont subscribe to this app! Do your self a favour.
