I have tried multiple projects on this platform, but only once did I receive a completed product. Over several years, I've lost hundreds of dollars. The funding process is rife with mismanagement, and yet there are no consequences for failed projects. I should have known better, as my experience has shown that the odds are stacked against backers. One success out of four isn’t acceptable, and I will not invest any more money here.
This platform seems designed solely to frustrate users. It took me ten hours to create a project, and after dealing with countless automated messages, it took two weeks just to get them to launch it. After all that effort, they deleted my account. This experience has been overwhelmingly negative, and I urge others to stay away from this platform.

The comments on this project show that others have reported it too but received zero communication from Kickstarter. It really feels like the platform doesn't care about backers at all.
Kickstarter has turned into a place of legalized piracy. Over the last year, I’ve lost money and received zero rewards from three different companies, including some “big name” ones. It’s absurd that despite the countless reports piling up every single day, Kickstarter — the platform that hosts them — does absolutely nothing to protect backers.Avoid like the plague.
