Never use them . If you want to do a campaign but don't really want much funding . Just to kick start your career. They will not let you. Because the just greedy 🙄. They just want big campaigns so they can make more money. They only push big campaigns . Have seen same people doing campaigns for big products . How much money do they need of people. It's just one big scam company. Please do not use them
A pirates nest of scammers and fraudsters. And Kickstarter loves it. They get lots of free money without lifting a finger! What's even better you ask? The scammers don't have to do anything to be paid! And Kickstarter denies any and all responsibilities despite them being the enabler. They should be brought to parliament to explain why they are fleecing people with no accountability whatsoever
So let me get this straight. ALL of us who thought this was a good smart product put our confidence on kickstarter as a intermediary to secure our funding for our product. The scammers, yes scammers at this point because they took the money and ran, and left a "gmail" account to communicate with their clients. Now kickstarter denies accountability, the scammers got their money. Kickstarter got their cut, and the users are left holding the bag. I speak for everybody on this campaign, that if this is not resolved. I WILL NEVER USE KICKSTARTER AGAIN."Project Creators are required to fulfill all rewards of their successful fundraising campaigns or refund any backer they do not, or cannot, fulfill."This is a formal request for a refund of my entire pledge and paid amount. I require an immediate response to my request in writing to the email address associated with my Kickstarter account which you have access to. Failure to do so will force me to place a fraud claim through my credit card company. I eagerly await your reply.
These ppl keep taking out money and shipping out products. I told them before that I did not want anymore products. So when the order came I told the mail box ppl to refuse it. Since mid May I have been waiting for my refund of $139.48. As of today nothing has been done or resolved. I had it escalated to Amy a Manager and she didn’t even call me back on my refund. These ppl are terrible to deal with refunds but love to charge on your card.
I have backed a few projects on Kickstarter and had great experiences. That goodwill is now complete destroyed. Rue & Vervain's "Tigger Too" Pooh project is a complete scam. Months of delays and lame ass excuses. Despite tons of negative feedback and complaints, Kickstarter has not responded. The creator is a scam artist that Kickstarter has enabled
