Excellent communication from purchase. Text message and email. Was able to chose day of delivery and was given message day before giving name of driver and 2 hour time slot. Further message telling me he was on his way. Excellent , friendly driver. Carried item in to where I needed it going.

Delivery men messaged us to tell us when they'd be here, and you can follow their progress on the email link, which is good. Brought our couch in, assembled it, and took away the rubbish. Really pleased with the process

The delivery team were helpful

The delivery team were helpful, however, it would have been better if the company does not limit delivery to kerbside as most sheds are installed in the back gardens. This means installers will either have to walk through the house with the parts or go round the house. Not very convenient.

Cancelled delivery due to sickness??????

Cancelled delivery due to sickness? But late notice when made several changes to work family and no offer of any compensation at all. But when the delivery was made they didn't listen or let the driver know our instructions, plus to our main disappointment the delivery team didn't know of any sickness.

I was having a shed delivered to my property today and despite the drivers arriving a little bit late due to the fact the lorry had a puncture which wasn’t their fault they were in good spirits and very polite and helpful. The packages arrived in an excellent state and I would recommend This company if you need anything delivered.

Delivery time stated was 9-12

Delivery time stated was 9-12, got a message just before 12 to say running late, would be another 2-3 hours. Finally got delivered at 5.30pm. Colossal waste of my time sitting in waiting all day!!! Issue is with communications, not the driver, who was awesome!

Good experience

Delivery was later than originally planned but I was updated all the way and never left wondering. Package arrived in immaculate condition and the delivery fellas were kind and courteous.
