When we talk about delivering this has got to be the best around, very polite and nothing to much bother for the drivers in particular Lee our driver, we are both getting on in years and he placed our item exactly were we wanted it. The time he gave for delivery was spot on no waiting around for most of the day, like other companies . This is surely the best there is
I had a delivery time for 8am. I sleep late so usually wake up later but set my alarm for 8am. Woke up to 19 missed calls from the driver from 6am to 7.45am! Driver eventually knocked on the door at 7.45am to deliver the items. Stick to your delivery times?
Kinetic logistics handled the delivery of my recent leather recliner suite purchase from Costco.What a difference from a similar purchase from Costco a few years ago, but then with a different delivery company, which almost put me off ever buying a sofa again, such was the awful experience of its delivery.Kinetic though where brilliant, kept my up to date via email and app as to when the driver was due to arrive.. delivery team were very professional and friendly and the delivery went smoothly and efficiently, taking care of my purchase and respecting my home.Thank you.
Excellent service. Due to be delivered yesterday, however the delivery van broke down. I was messaged with updates all along.In the end the delivery was changed for today.Ben messaged me with a time and helped to get the furniture into the house.Overall excellent service with great communications.
Delivery of wardrobe doors from Wickes worked as promised. Emails and texts to select and confirm delivery date. Updates on approximate time then text 45 minutez before delivery. All went perfectly as promised. Ricky and Nigel well done.
Danny the delivery driver contacted me to say he could deliver my goods a day earlier if I wanted him to. He turned up at the time he said. What a star, such a lovely young man. He carried the heavy goods upstairs into the bedroom he was so helpful and wouldn’t take a tip. I wish all delivery drivers were as helpful.
